INGREDIENTS

  • –  1 slice bacon
  • –  3-ounces chicken breast
  • –  1-ounce cheddar cheese
  • –  1 tablespoon olive oil
  • –  1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • –  1⁄2 avocado
  • –  1 head romaine lettuceDIRECTIONS
  1. Chop all ingredients and place them in a bowl
  2. Mix well and add pepper, oil and vinegar

  • cherry tomatoes
  • avocado

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • balsamic vinegar.

KETO BROCCOLI SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • –  20-ounce raw broccoli
  • –  1 cup bacon
  • –  1⁄2 red onion
  • –  1 cup avocado mayo
  • –  1 cup macadamia nuts
  • –  1⁄2 cup Monkfruit sweetener
  • –  1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegarDIRECTIONS
  1. Place Macadamia Nuts in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour over Macadamia Nuts mixture and serve
