KETO MONGOLIAN BEEF

INGREDIENTS

  • –  1 lb. flat iron steak
  • –  1⁄2 cup coconut oil
  • –  2 green onions

LOW CARB MONGOLIAN BEEF MARINADE

  • –  1⁄2 cup coconut aminos
  • –  1 tsp ginger
  • –  1 clove garlicDIRECTIONS
  1. Cut the flat iron steak into thin slices
  2. Add the beef to a ziplock bag and add coconut aminos, garlic and ginger, marinate for 1 hour
  1. Add coconut oil to a wok and cook beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add green onions, cook for another 1-2 minutes
  3. Remove and serve
